1. What kind of photo should I submit?

Please submit a clear, high-resolution photo with proper lighting. Make sure the photo shows your child’s face and features clearly. Avoid blurry or pixelated images, as this may affect the quality of the final design.

2. How long does it take to receive my custom character?

Our standard delivery time is 3–5 business days from when we receive your photo. If you need it urgently, please contact us to discuss expedited options.

3. Can I request changes to the character design?

Brightoon is a one-off service, so no additional retouching or modifications can be made after the design is finalized. Please ensure the photo you submit meets all quality requirements.

4. In what format will I receive the final design?

You will receive the character illustration in digital formats such as JPEG and PNG. The default format is PNG. These formats are versatile and suitable for use in portfolios, cover letters, and other applications.

5. Can I order multiple characters at once?

Yes, you can order as many characters as you need! For each character, you will need to submit a separate photo. Bulk discounts may be available for larger orders—please contact us for details.

6. What if my photo doesn’t meet the quality standards?

If your photo doesn’t meet our quality requirements, we will contact you to request a replacement before starting the design process. This ensures the best possible result for your custom character.
